Just bought a XLT V-6 4x4 from a local dealer that knew nothing about this thing and there is no owners manual in it.
I'm trying to buy the right trailer light harness adaptor for it and I need to know if it has "tow package" to get right one??
There's no "Reese" hitch so I'm guessing it's not??
Also, does anyone know where to plug adaptor in at??
Only place I see is inside acces door to driver side tail light assem??
Thanks guys!

Go to a Draw-Tite, Reese or Hidden Hitch dealer, and buy part #18345 (Draw-Tite), #15345 (Reese) or #16345 (Hidden Hitch). This is a T-connector that plugs into the factory taillight wiring harness, but also includes a power module that must be wired directly to the positive post on the battery. Retail is about $53, you should be able to buy it for a little less than that. It comes with everything you need to complete the job, including a 4-flat vehicle end connector.

The parts store have the one that just plugs in for like $12. but it is for the "tow package" equiped vehicle only.
They would have to order the proper one for non tow package which is probably what I have.
Thanks John, I'll check out their web sites.
