hi, i want to get an analog gps speedo for my boat, livorsi preferred
to match my other gauges. there are problems with doing this.
1. i have a 4" speedo, livorsi doenst make a 4" gps.
2. i could go to a monster which is 4 5/8" cutout, but my other gauges
are too close then to use a bezel. I have white gauges/white rims with
yellow bezels. i was thinking i could get a white gauge with a yellow
rim but i dont want it to look half ass. i could fit a monster gauge without
using a bezel.
3. i could go to a smaller gauge 3 3/8", but then its smaller and i would
have to make up something due to the hole being 4".
what do you guys recommend?
also, i was quoted prices for complete livorsi kits of $390 for the standard
size and $430 for the monster, are these good prices or should i shop around?
thanks,
matt

If I were you I would just put a regular speedo in your boat that way you can impress your friends if you have any. A GPS will just depress you.

Matt,

They make a bezel to use a 3 3/8" gauge in a 4" hole. That way you could match everything up with a yellow bezel.
The livorsi part # is FLGPSRMU for the yellow bezel.

Here is a link to the page, look at the 4th bezel down from the top.

The price seems good?

Livorsi makes color rims, get a white gauge with yellow rim, then you won't need the bezel. As for price, I would never leave a stone unturned, shop everybody.;) As long as they fit your time frame!!!:D Chuck.

chuck,
i really didnt want to go back to the smaller gauge,
and just wasnt sure how it would look with a guage
with a yellow rim and no bezel next to the others.
i just dont want it to look half assed.
thanks.
