who do I use for LU nose cone?

I herd that bob's isnt as good as they used to be since there expansion and buyout. also i called them and the lady that took my call said call back tommarow as if i was dumb because they left at 4 eastern. it was 5 minutes to 2pm in wa state! most people work till 5 and i work 8 to 8! any ideas anyone? I did get a name of Russ Johnson, but dont have his contact info.
