Will Teleflex cables work on a Morse tilt steering system?

Thanks in advance for the info.

The mounts are different and I've played with morse duals racks, old Tleflex rack systems and the newer Teleflex NFB systems. So I'm thinking no.

Thanks Fly.

Does Teleflex (or anyone else) make a tilt steering column that is compatible?

Teleflex has a pretty good web page.

They do have tilt steering! Nice web page with good diagrams and drawings of the equipment. Didn't see any prices though. :(

Thanks again, Fly! You da man!

I think steering is the most important single saftey item to be sure it is right. No instead of trying to use a lot of rigging and for the price of new complete systems there is no way I would try to miss match steering components. I will never let used steerin out of my shop PERIOD! All cables are cut in half when they are pulled from the boat. Steerin gis to cheap to take the chance with your life or anyone elses. A good cable steering system cost a lot less than a lifeline racing jacket and is really more important to me. All the power in the world is no good without being able to go where you want it to. I have seen may people killed over the years because they do not take steering systems seriously. How many of you have seen beer cans and hose clamps holding a steering cable together? I have a bunch and it scares me to know I am out there with a disaster waiting to happen.

Teleflex makes a direct replacement cable for morse systems. They now own morse as well
