Of the.... I bought this from this guy and got ripped and don't buy.. and all that crap?
So if I complain then everyone will get me free service because this is so damaging to business.

I guess I'll just skip the remaining 7 hours of break in and see what happens! I guess I can save money on oil too, for that, why use any oil at all! I'll get a free engine if it does break right?

Who am I? I'm not in business selling anything and have no credentials or proof. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Who are they? Been in business some years or so. Have credentials- have people that are satisfied- have something to lose.

So if someone wants to whine about a bad deal then have the paper and proof to prove it. If you don't it is totaly meaningless.
Call the Better Business Burea, thats whats its there for!

I had a guy on ebay knowingly send my a bad computer. He tried to package it so bad that it would get destroyed in the shipping so he could just use that as the excuse it didn't work.

I call him and complain about the poor packaging, he says it doesn't matter, the computer is bad anyway! I'm livid!!

Well I decide to try it anyway, turns out the guy was such an idiot there was nothing really wrong with the box! He had it all messed up because he didn't know what he was doing, it survived the intentional poor packaging and it works fine after I reinstalled the OS. LOL!!! :D All at a great price because he thought he was dumping it! LOL! :D

I don't usually get involved in these discussions, but I do have an outboard story similiar to the computer story.

A friend bought a 2.5 carb 245 hp. The seller claimed it was perfect. It was checked out by pulling the heads, compression check and run on a stand on the hose. It seemed ok, but after running a while on a boat, it would load up at idle and there was a lower unit issue (freshly rebuilt).

To make a long story short, all of the issues were easily fixed, and when I saw the seller I commented on what a good running 245 it is. I told him it was the best running 245 I have seen, (now).

He got kind of wide eyed and asked how we got it to idle and did it have any hole shot. I told him it was great and explained how we fixed it.

Now the seller is looking for a high perf Merc, and cannot find a good one reasonably priced.
