Ya gotta drill thru that lil bridge...I milled mine down wit tha mill(it's easier , if ya got a mill)...but Have cut it out wit a hand grinder befo too...5/15" bit iz the finish bit...I used a 3/16th first, then zapped her out to 5/16"s...drill them all out to 5/16ths...Good luck...REX

T-REX Can you Open that Third hole with power head Installed with the heads off . Also do you see any performance gain by polishing the head chamber.

If U are carefull and watch wher them drill shavings go...while drilling, have sumone hold a vacume at the bit, that will suck 99% of the shaveing out of block into the vacume...the only place they could git hung is in the thermostats...I have see NO gain from polishing the combustion chamber...They may be sum, as I've been told, but if it iz,it's so small I can't tell...REX:cool: OH, U do have to remove the exhaust plate also...DON'T FERGIT TO CUT THE NEW HOLE IN THE EXH. PLATE GASKET!!!!! If U don't cut the whole in gasket, U jus wasted yo time...
