I have an 87 24 ft skater with 260's, on 3rd hole, 15 x 30 cleavers, 49 centers, sport master cases, its an old race race boat with stringers throughout.
At 7100 rpms only doing 91 mph.
Is it a heavier boat?
Is prop diamater too big?
At what rpm should boat run max speed with these motors?
Other posts say 108 mph should be obtainable.
