i didnt know this thread was about " ski's " if the gas prices keep going up i may pick up a waverunner myself

the last one i had was a 2003 gp1300r . it ran a best of 72.9 on gps ,this was back in 03 and that was considered pretty fast , i had to mod it to reach a true consistent 72 .

now , these supercharged four stokes are pretty fast right out of the box .some guys are hitting 70 mph stock .

I uesd to have a polaris 750 w/ all sorts of engine work done, ride plate, impeller, and NO2. "Good times" :eek:wild ride though. nothing compared to what skis of today do.

i was out tonight from about 6 to 8 . blasted around the bay and state channel a bit .

what kind of boat were you on ?

yup that was me . actually it has 2 300x's on it .

i seen you guys blasting in the flats when i rolled up on you . that stream seems to run pretty good. did you guys have a gps ? if so what were you guys runnin ? it looked like you guys were moving along very well . it seemed to be going real well in the middle of the bay when we wer heading west . you guys were good in the chop .

i had a 20 cuddy cabin hyrdrostream years ago . i love those boats

yes had gps showed 93 at the time just got it dialed in. best so far was 97 with just me and 20 gals.fuel:D hope to see u out there soon..my name is frank,pass.was mike:D b.t.w. how fast were you going...

i brought it up to 110 and then let off when we were heading east

when we were heading west in the bay i wasnt paying close attention to speed but i know i was at triple digits at some point , maybe 105 tops

that stream runs good ! i will see you out there
