I just came across an old Key West Video clip from the "Worlds" .

That was my 1st video to make with the Windows Movie Maker. After all this time, I finally gave it a try. I pulled that clip from a 15 year old VCR Tape.
I hope to get more footage from the tape we took off of Long Branch Pier out in the Ocean the day we got those pics with my boat standing up in the surf...:D

damn that thing sure looks like it handles the chop well for a 13 footer, reentry looks sorta smooth

Great Vid Sharkey,

And that 202 MPH Skater vid is just insane! I hope that's in the winter.

I just found some old footage of my 13 Bullet I have to edit up and post.

Surf's Up!!! with Boats

It wasn't so bad.....Deep Vee softens the landing....

Then again, I was much younger back then.....:D

Now before the critics assault. Keep in mind, I was 17 when I had this boat, it was one of my first speedboats. I took the 50 Evinrude off a 14 McKee Craft and bolted it on the Bullet. It had a custom cut aluminum cleaver, the engine was way too low in the water, couldn't afford power trim couldn't even afford shift and throttle cables that were the right length. I know whale tales are nonsense, and back then, I just thought it was fun jumping it in the air like that!

That boat would be rigged alot different if I owned it today. Probably more like the one in Sharkey's video.

That being said, when I look back, amazing how well that 13' boat took chop.

Thanks Sharkey, it's fun bringing back these old vids. I'm going to have to look for more old stuff. I can't believe what you used to run that Bullet in. I wouldn't mind setting up another one of those one day.

I talked to a guy a few weeks ago, his friend owns a body shop, he bought that one in Tuckerton from my uncle and completely redid it.
