Anyone have a good pick of trim and jackplate lines running out the back? I don't want to use through hulls because I don't want to cut and put fittings on my lines. It looks like Triad has a nice push through bezel but I can't really tell from the pics I've seen. Need a fairly water tight solution.

3 layers of aluminum.
I cut the discs with a hole saw and used the pilot hole as a clamp while shaping and the mounting bolt when finished.
Drill the hose holes before shaping. It's easier and locates them for shaping.
Shape with files or any power tools you have, easier than it seems.
Drill holes in the bottom to meet the horizontal holes.
Take the stack apart and trim the 90* corner where the holes meet. smooth and chamfer the edge so the lines don't get cut.
For sealing use O-rings or goo,gaskets....
The parts were dirty when I took the picture but it was buffed and cleared. You can see the elevation lines on the 3 discs.
Change the style slightly and make one for each hose instead.
Forgot to mention
The bottom disc has an oversized hole that allows the fitting to go through. Then the hose is bent and the stack assembled over it. The middle disc hose hole is filed so it is flat for the hose, near the outlet it remains roundish and the hose is snapped in. The center of the hose hole is in the center of the middle disc. The top and bottom discs only have and arc from the drilling while the middle one has a slight returning of the circle.
This is mounted just in front of the engine on an STV so the skin its mounted to is thin- not the thick transom. So the hoses can bend or arc both inside the vertical holes and once they clear the glass that its mounted to. THe hoses aren't following a sharp 90* but a very gradual one.

You can do it
I am swamped ( not like last year).
I made the basic thing out of mahogany -2 pc. at first but wood doesn't look good on my boat.
Aluminum is softer and easier to work than maple. It really is easy to make this thing.
You can also use those grommet like donut things instead!

I just hate using my woodworking tools to work on metal but I guess I can work aluminum dry. I'll give it a shot.
