pickup truck bed w/ built in toolboxes

has anyone ever seen a pickup truck bed that has toolboxes built into the sides that looks similar to the original bed and it gets painted the color of the truck??i saw one a while back on a ford, i have an 04 gmc w/ a 6 foot bed

I've seen them on some them on the service trucks of a Mechanical Contractor here in town, they're on late model 2500 or 3500 single wheel GMC's.. I haven't been close enough to be able to see the manufacturer of the boxes, but they look nice... Some dealerships may offer this service before thet trucks hit the sales lot, you may be able to call around some and get some answers pretty quick....

ive seen one of those too. the old fords use to have a toolbox built into the lower part of the bed in front of the back wheels

Just remember all toolbox/beds are HEAVY!!! They kill alot of your payload capacity. Like 3 times as much as any regular bed
