very nice!
how about some sound samples when you get it?
:)
They ruined a good thing by using string hold-downs instead of an angled headstock, extra points of friction, out of tune every time you touch the bar. I understand what they're doing, the idea was to make the neck one piece, because a tilt-back headstock requires a glue joint at the nut to accomodate the change in wood grain direction...
Looks pretty nice, otherwise...

Definitely worth a look, and some damn good guitar playing!

The wood is very old wood. It was found by chance by the guitar builder. It is one of two guitars where the body is made out of a plank of walnut bought at an old persons garage sale. It come out from his house, which was built over 100 years ago. Apparently it come from a near by tree that was cut down some time before the house was built.

Can anyone recommend some good Beginner Guitar DVD's?
http://www.cvls.com/
This guy does really good books and DVD's, we sell them in our store, you can also buy them directly from the site. The guy publishes his own stuff, together with co-authors on some titles. He's an awesome flatpicking guitarist from Georgia.
