I have aquired about 10 gallons of synthetic blen dfi oil and was wondering if that can be used in a regular EFI engine. Specifically in my 2.5. Also can it be used in carb motors? I have 2 boats and the other isn't fuel injected.

A week doesn't go bye without somebody starting an oil debate about which oil is better. The DI oil will keep carbon build up to a minimum and work well for normal engine use. It can be used as injection oil or premix. If excessively high rpm's, use full synthetic.

I'm not trying to start an oil debate. I have read most of them and none of them have said anything about DI oil. A friend told me that it couldn't be run in carb motors and was curious. Not trying to say who's better.
