d70s uploading picture to scream fly??

dear greg,

I've just took many picture's with my d70s nikkon but i am unable to upload
them from my pc to scream and fly.. do I have to rezise them???
what is the exact size..

640 x 480 or smaller,
AND
100KB or smaller file size.

use the jpg format as well, its usually the default. paint format is too large.
