I knew Charger built STV under license.
I was told once that the drag bottom was in Canada legit. True? Were any built?

the drag bottom mold and the procomp deck mold are in canada- dave macpherson makes them in muskoka-last I heard he is working at pride of muskoka marine. quality is an issue with these boats-I would stick with an original summerford or a newer Triad. I do know of where there is a mint procomp forsale, with or without power, here in Ontario.
thx. Paul

Do you really trust the Cannucks for such a boat?

Ignorant comment
Depends on what you're talking here. Hmmm, seems to be some crappy American fabricators too....
No finer a boat than a Spaeth built:cool:
Ehhhh:D :D
I bought a 1990 charger stv three years ago and am very happy with it . I have done a complete resto on it , full interior , guages , carpet etc . I did have to repair some gel cracks , but the rest of it is all original and with a little buffing still looks new . Not bad for a 16 year old Cannuck built boat .
Hey Trikki , i got a cold one for ya next time your up . Jeffbare , you can have a warm one . :D Later Bmax .

Nope, I don't want a tunnel now. But I was curious about the drag bottom and if any were being built.
Is the drag bottom spooky?
