need a little input! In a earlier post I asked you about milling heads on a 98 200STL. You replied 50cc. Jay did that and some intake , reed cage, port. and lightened piston assy. + balance them. I have 130 comp. and want to continue to run 93 pump gas. What timing should I run.

Next question. Ihave 25" big bore carbs with velosity stacks and 106 cross-overs , what high speed jets ?

What mid size? ......Heard something about blocking off with plugged jet!

I'm getting ready to bolt my looper together now and try to follow what others have done, might learn some new tricks.

On an earilier post you stated Jay Smith had done a lot of work, and ya'll dino'd the motor at over 300hp. Those numbers caught my attention real fast because I was curious what all ya'll did to to get that kind of hp.

If the motor has already turned over 300hp on a dino, why are you trying a different timing setting and carb jetting? I would nail that sucker down right there and put a padlock on it so no one could touch it. I've done extensive mods to mine and doubt I will see anywhere near the numbers for hp.

I'm just trying to squeeze every oz. out of it and keep reading things that catch my attention.
