I want to replace my present wheel with a Trick Marine carbon fiber steering wheel with equally spaced spokes so I can see the gauges better. Just wondering if the wheels gets very hot in the sunlight? Comments, good and bad?

Larry, I wouldn't imagine they would be any worse than any other black steering wheel on a hot day. I think it would look great too!

Larry,
Compared to the black one I had in my River Rocket, the carbon one is actually a bit cooler to the touch on a hot summer day. Not a lot, but I haven't burned my hands yet.

It looks like its "Fake" Carbon Fiber ........ It could just be a bad picture though.

I would like to find on that has aluminum satin finish center spokes. I think the Trick looks like chrome plated steel. I'm open for suggestions and if it looks good I would pass on the carbon fiber and just go with white outer ring. Any suggestion where to find one?
