Really dont know for sure.... the only time I had a GPS with me is when running my 14.5 x 28 Hill Hoss replica. Was on my way to Blarney (its the prop I run at the Blarney races. good hole shot and midrange) 87 @ about 6200 and wasnt aired out.
Have never played with props before August... never played with the engine height...(oh... thats what a jack plate's for )
Put 83d's in the high speeds over the weekend cuz didnt want to lean out in the cold air.... Now theres blue oozing out the side of the cowl (no air box)... 84 with me, a buddy and 3/4 tank gas....
It may be a tad rich though...

It was good to meet up with you guys yesterday. Sorry about the ride, my low gas lights were going off by the time we returned home. If I took you guys for a rip, I think I might have been rowing for a few miles. The seasons not over, we'll meet up one of these Sat/Sundays like the other day. Later, Dave

Bank on it! Im outta town this weekend, but the next Im wide open! Would love to meet up! Weve been doing "Sunday Fun Runs" when weather permits. A little boating, a little steak and eggs....
Maybe we'll even let Larry come with us!!
Hey, 'bout the gas... all you had to do is ask for some gas money!

Money was not the problem, finding somewhere to get the gas was my concern. Sat/Sunday fun runs sounds good to me. Hopefully we'll get at least one in before winter. By the way, nothing sounds better than a V-8 OMC. Your boat is sweet. Later, Dave
