Did you try the:
Cottages just a few hundred feet behind the bungalows
Cottages are P1 – P12 and the ones near the middle ie P6 Are
nearest to beachfront Bungalows All have AC/HEAT/FRIG/ ETC
Or the main lodge? We stayed there first year... also very close to where we launch boats from.
Don't use there online to make reservations as it's wasn't working well. Also when U call they should have a list of hotel/motels which are very close.

all booked up. I did find a couple houses on airbnb that are close to the lake so I'll probably end up going that route. I was trying to find one with a launch but haven't seen one yet.

Had a bad day at the river Saturday.... broke the skeg off my lower and tore my prop up. Got a new skeg being overnighted and should have it welded up mid week only thing left is to find a new prop quick. If anyone has a nice 29 re3 or 29 srx I'm definitely interested in it.
