Have only run it one weekend, got LOTS to do! props, props, and more props to try. Once I figure out the right prop and sweet spot Im going to have a custom static plate made, custom trailer , stereo, powder coat the rub rail black, ect ect.. Work in progress but a great platform to work on.

34 Brovo1 outboard. If staying with 32 get your revs upped or try the 34 drag4. You gots the tourque to turn em!! BTW I love all your Talons one of my favorite tunnels. The 22 in paticular for me have such beutiful lines!!! Gots to get those 22 Talons to run 110 with a single. Bet with Jacks mods hes working on with the XS thats not far away. Theres a guy from Sweeden turnning a Herring prop on his 22 tunnel with a 225 Honda running 105.

Nice looking rig Adam! Not sure how so many guys get their numbers on here, but mine ran 97 on the rev limiter (6,400) with a 29 Spinelli 4 blade and 102 at 6,400 with a 30. That was with the standard 1.62 gears and a stock 300 PM back in 2000............ I think one of brett's new Blasters would work real well on your boat. The 28 went 96 on the 300XS rev limiter on my Trick, the 30 runs 102 at 6,250 and the 32 ran a best of 106 right at 6,000............all with the 300XS bone stock. Those Talons are beautiful boats and they will out accelerate the true tunnels and also don't have any of their bad traits. Won't run the bigger water as well, but everything's a tradeoff! Definetly a much better looking boat though - not a boat out there that size that's better looking than the Talon 22 in my opinion!

Thanks for the compliments guys, I think I blew my wad for the week on 5 or 6 props... I lost count. When I get home from my trip in mid Oct I should have a pile of boxes waiting for me! Going to be like Christmas

My good friend runs a cupped 30 chopper @ 6,400 to 101 mph with a 300pm 1.62 sporty. His PM can't spin a 32, but the xs is a bit stouter.... 90 mph with a 30 @ the limiter seems a bit slow to me. That would be 20% slip.... Is it a 1.62 sporty?

What power is that on the boat? How does it run? I have never seen a T-18 flats boat before, only a T-20.

Right now it's got a old 2.4 200 with carbs, but has had a 90 4-stk, a 115 tower-o-power, and a 2.5 steel 260. Run's low 70's now but was way faster with the 2.5, till it blew up. Great all around boat. I only know of two of them, I have one and my good friend has the other one. Have the original brochures from when they were gonna put them into production but didn't. My buddy's boat is the one on the brochures.
