I need to make a decision on the throttle /shifter as its for a twin, should I do a hot foot and side shift or just get the console style hand control. Any suggestions?

I like a foot throttle for a single 22. Then you could keep the console and dual controls for when you go back to twins.(:

I've always run In-Control split foot throttles in my Skaters. I wouldn't ever run my boats with hand throttles, and I run in big water a lot (Northern California Pacific Ocean).

Just to keep the thread going, plus I didn't see too many 18's on here. Here's my 18 talon with a 225 promax.
