Suwannee River Run Sat 9/17

OK , Suwannee River is calling all boats for this Sat.9/17 . Run the river up to the Santa Fe and then to the Itchenetuckne River and back , bring at least 5 gal extra fuel , and then come back to my new place in Fanning Springs , 2 miles from the ramp for afternoon cocktails and a barbeque snack of burgers , sausage , beer ,soft drinks and hard drinks . I was up twice in the past month and the river is perfect ! We have 5 acres so plenty of room for boat parking . Lets get some boats to get in shape for the Jungle Run in Nov. All are welcome, just give me some feedback on how much stuff to buy , got a pool too .

Tom, I'll be there butttt I can't carry enough fuel for that far of a ride. I'll put in at Gronto Springs ramp and meet you all at either sandy point or rock bluff. Let me know if you need me to bring anything.

tom, sounds like fun but my boat is still down. hopefully by the next run I will be back on the water. Congrats on the new place.

How many miles is the total round trip water ride?I carry 36 gallons @ 3 mpg for a range of 108 miles.Will that do it?This event sounds like the high light of my summer.What can I bring,I got the whole back of the cherokee to fill up.

I am going to launch between 11:00 and 12 :00 depending on when all the sleepyheads get up there !! I have a lot of work to do so I will call Parker at about 4:30 so we can have breakfast at Barbeque Bills !!

Man!!!! That is cold. Tell fish to check his kill switch. Probably all that's wrong. You guys have a blast and be careful. Just watched the amazing work of Lee and you can only imagine how much I would love to attend. Hopefully this spring. Bought me an Allison so I will be in a boat without training wheels this time. Have a ball.
