    how many layers on stringers?

i am replaceing the sringers on my 16' checkmate. im useing west system for this. i mixed some filler in with the first batch to attach everything to the hull. i then started with one layer of glass ove all the seams.

how many layers should i lay down?

this is after just one layer. i got tired of crouching down in the boat.
Boatless at the moment. Looking for a 24-25' V

i put down 3 layer on my voyager. they were 8 oz cloth. it looked like the factory only use one thick layer??? i however radius the the corner where the rib attaches to the hull, that way there no voids in the layers.. cloth doesnt like square corners. i did use epoxy for bonding strenth
