It does trip me out whenever I see two boat being towed in tandem like that as it is not legal to do that in this part of the country, so how does that setup back down the ramp, LOL

G-Train
I am sure glad you couldn't get it. I plan on having a lot of fun with it this summer. I think it would be kind of cool to get a carbon fiber race faring and seat made for it. What do yall think?

stv looks
"Picture if you will..." (Rod Serling)---
My buddy's mid 1990s pro comp with standard stripe pattern. Dark blue center with black / blue sponsons, all done in FACTORY metallic gelcoat--absolutely cool, right out of the Twilght Zone. The only one like it I ever saw. Sorry, don't have a pic which would not do the metalflake justice anyway.

All nice STV's. The yellow/white/black one Greg posted is awesome...only Mod I've seen with the hump.
Q-shot, was that red/yellow RR pic from when Bruce V. owned it?
The RR with the custom paint is now in Canada!.....RPM did you buy it? very nice.

STV's
OldSTV...I was gonna have a rear seat put in to make it a 3 seater, when I wasn't racing it. That would be the thing to do in my Opinion. Enjoy it, it's a beauty, and FAST, has the best/flattest NATURAL takeoff I've ever seen on a River Rocket, combine that with 24v Trim, and a good Whaletail, and it should be awesome.
Blkmtrfan...I Towed like this 3 Times, for 600+ miles each way. It pulls like a dream (I didn't back it up though). The last time I did it, I finally got stopped when I was almost home. State Bull wanted me to get someone else to come get it, but told me he was going for coffee, and if he saw me after that, he'd have to write me up. I Hightailed it home, and haven't pulled 2 since. The law is, you cannot go "Hitch Ball to Hitch Ball", but pulling 2 is legal if you can get around that problem.

"Jim's old boats" thread!
I've got one too, but it's not an STV so I can't post it.
Oldstv, yours is awsome. Did you buy the motor and all?

I've driven that boat several times. That's the Lightest River Rocket I've ever seen, even lighter that OLDSTV's, but Man what a Potato Chip, I had trouble getting my Fat A$$ in it, when it's not on the trailer, or I was afraid I'd go thru it. I was helping Pete try to get his 96 Drag running better, and I know that thing extremely quick. Have fun with it. I also drove it when Jim had it.

If you've got MS Office, you've got to have Microsoft Photo Editor, you can change the size in there.
If you take pic's, make sure you take them at a high resolution, and you can always make them smaller.
There are a lot of Editing programs out there, and a lot of people on this board are very good at this stuff...There is a Forum for Dig. cameras/pics here on S&F.

1 missing
sms, there is still one of Jim's old STV's missing from this Thread...the one Fasteddie bought from me, after I bought it from Jim, he rerigged and painted it, then sold it, I don't know where it is now. That would complete Jim's STV history. I know Jim had an HST a long time ago also.
