You know of any Laser clubs? Picked this one up for the engine, but the more I look at it the more I want to keep it.

Have not pulled the cap yet, but inside tank area all sounds solid, cant poke any holes in stringers. I used to live on the Ortega River in the 80's, got married in Orange Park and my in-laws are still there.
Hoping this goes good, how is your project going?

Thanks Badbob! no the cap was a pain in the ass to get off, mainly cause all the screws stripped out and rusty so I had cut everyone of them, then it wasn't bad all the wiring was connected to the cap so that was pretty easy! Anyone got any ideas on a paint scheme for this boat, I wanting to redo the gel coat just don't know what colors, or should I keep it original?

I like the original look. I would keep it like that.

Here is mine! Just got the tird home yesterday & going to a full restoration on it. Will post pics sometime and start a thread.
Have not been on SF in a while do to divorce & life kicking me pretty hard. Getting back into boats again so got this 84 LTV to get me back in the flight seat! (wish it was a old Mirrage). Anyway....let the fun begin again!
It has been setting in a back yard in St. Louis by Creve Cour Lake since 2001 but we rescued it and gonna make it new this summer.
