Laser owners
I was talking today to a guy i know today who has a boat dealership here in the Dallas area. and raced Laser boats in the 80s . He still has a race hull and i was looking at it out behind his shop and it still has Laser stickers on the sides. I asked if could take some pics of the stickers. He told me he had some extras.
Im going to try and get one and find someone on here that can make decals .I talked to kubelwagonman about this i believe that said he wanted some / Anyone one else interested ? Im not trying to make money off this just thought it was something you Laser guys would like to have.
I will post a pic when i get one.

I am interested
I am interested in at least one set for a 380 Ray I am currently restoring.
Doesn't Laser Boats of Texas still make Lasers?
Are they still in business? If so still owned by Ron Huff (who bought the company from Roark)?

This is a boat i was thinking about before buying the LTV

Re: Laser Boats...
I had owned a 21' Laser 420 ray from 1995 to 2002- then sold it to a guy in West Virginia. I have asked a few times if anyone knows of any other of these models for sale- as I would love to have another one. I have never seen another one, especially for sale.
Here on Long Island Kydd's Marine was an authorized dealer for them. They put me in contact with Laser when I had a few questions about my boat. When I called the factory they told me they don't make speed boats any more- only small craft boats. They were helpful though, sending me any info they could. Can't quite remember who I spoke with.
Flashypaint- I don't want to steal your thread but I think it would be cool to get pic's of other Laser owners boats. I will try to locate a few pic's of my old boat.
Anyone have Laser pic's to post????

Front dash decal
Heres the first decal i uncovered . I have to give this one back but going tomorrow to have one made. This one goes on the top deck right under were the windshield would go . I will get the other decal that goes on the side in a few days. when i get them both copied i am going to make a list of who wants one .I can either have several made of one color or make copies with a copier and send them out.

hey...nice LTV... it almost looks like mine. i bought mine almost a year ago. undergoing some restoration...needs a transom, stringers and a clearcoat. mine's an '86... fiberglass...is yours a kevlar hull? i also have a '79 laser 2500 bass boat. it is a kevlar hull. i've got a 2.4 200 powering it. the LTV will eventually get a 2.4 225 hp that i have.
here's a pic of the LTV from the previous owner...unfortunately it right now it doesn't quite look the same. soon though...

I went over to Laser a few years ago to buy some new decals for my 380 and one to put on my truck's shell rear window. The one on the truck lasted about a year before it started to crack and peel, don't like being out in the sun all year long. But the guys at Laser didn't charge me anything for them so ya can't beat that!

I was told they havent had decals for years. and they defenately dont have them anymore . The reason that decal didnt last was because it was on glass . and the decals Laser used were cheap material. Im having mine made with better quality materials.
