Pre 1979 teleflex foot throttle cable connector

anybody know what piece i need to link my old style cable to a nydahl foot throttle. i need a piece with a set-screw to hold the end of the cable but i also need this piece to have a place for a screw that will run from the foot portion.

help please. i really want to use the nydahl foot throttle because this is the original foot throttle that ron baker sold me.
