Saw your post that you finally got your motor figured out, Good job! Boat looks great too. Too bad for the gear case though.
Better now than Spring anyway!
I'm still going to try and sneak out a couple more times this Fall if all go's well.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

Winter project??
With a brand new boat, don't need to touch it
Winter is catching up on sleep and TV and movies that got put aside for summer boating fun!
Actually, I DO have a project. Just remembered. My 1960 Evinrude 18 Fastwin has a little problem with the lower unit. Put new lube in it in July, and when I went to change it in October, only water drained out ahahhahhahhaha...............

Build a new 2.5 EFI powerhead for my LaveyCraft Sebring (sold the powerhead off my personal boat)
Build a '95 Carb 3.0 Litre 225 XL for a customer that wants it.
Get to the aluminum recycle center and get rid of some of this old outboard stuff that's taking up valuable space!
Start moving some stuff on EBAY and Screamandfly to build up my PayPal account!
Acquire either a tractor or ATV to make it easier to push and pull boats around the yard....I ain't getting any younger or stronger, but if I'm going to do this for another 10 years I gotta get something to relieve my aching bones!!
Hunker down for another cold winter....keep the computer fired up so I can stay "connected" with screamandfly!! Damn, when is that "part II" of the PCU test going to be ready anyway?!!
