It's not 100% complete, some parts was missing, but I should make it a runner again .
    Some pictures her .

I'm with you Steve, Last time i saw Becky he was high as a kite in a bar in Torriggia. He had just taken delivery of a brand new LOTUS sports car----If i remember right it was all black in the John Players livery. Said he was taking it back to Wisconsin. Wonder if the car ever made it----he obviously did.
He was supposed to see what sort of nonsense Renato got up to over there, but you wouldn't bet the farm on his success.

Raymar will be making new gears for his T2 using 1/5 pitch stock. Droll, is that what you are using?

The one pictured are a T5 pulley ( 5mm or .197" pitch , 36 teeth ), will probably work but needs a custom 99 tooth belt, will therefore try a XL style belt/pulley too ( haven't got the parts yet ), as there are more lengths available without custom order..
    XL = .200 inch (5.08 mm ) pitch .

Remember to chamfer the side against the old center hub.... without the chamfer the pulley will not fit correctly over the hub .

    Might have a winner here

2 new pulley machined, notice the chamfer on the right pulley.... will not fit correctly to the hubs without it .
( bout pulleys got the chamfer, but the right one lies with the bottom side up , lower pulley are OEM )

    Data pulley :
    • Profile XL ( pitch .200" or 5,08 mm )
    • Number of teeth 34
    • Outside diameter 54.47 mm (54.98 mm)

    Data belt :
    • Profile XL ( pitch .200" or 5,08 mm )
    • Number of teeth 95
    • Length belt 482.60 mm ( 19" )
    • With 9,5 mm ( 3/8" )

Pulleys and belt mounted.....looks promising , might be slightly tight but should loosen up with some use ( belt are brand new... )

Block in picture are a Merc1400 block, parts put together for mock up only....

    Belt $4.82
    Pulleys 2 x $10.91

Some machining of the pulleys $?? , if you got a lathe or other suitable machine it's an easy task ( I can get you the measurement if needed )
