Johnson rev limiter
I have a 150 Fast Strike and I seem to be having problems with the rev limiter "changing" One trip it will be at 5500rpm, and then you shut it down, start it back up and it will now hit the limiter at 4500rpm. Does anyone know why it will act like this and how to disable it. B.T.W. It is a 1995 model. Thank
you.2011 DCB F26

check tach
Had the same problem with a 3 cyl looper turned out to be a incorrect tach reading caused by faulty charging system, check your charging volts/amps.
