I pulled the lower and looked up inside, looks okay i think. I have a small electris preassure washer. Could i stick the want up there and blast it or would that push water up into the cylinders?

Here's the pix from Loxboy.... One side don't look right like water in the exhaust.... The 3 litres had an issue with the adapter plate cracking but don't know if it happened on the Opti's

NO! don't pressure wash it up there!

I would, however, check the bottom plugs for rust or signs of water. The tuner on the left looks like water in the exhaust........... could be wrong.

I vaguely remember there was a problem with the 3 litre exhaust adapters, I know it was a problem on the EFI's, but not sure on the Opti's. The housing would crack and spreay water into the exhaust and wet the bottom cylinder..............

Not sure flabum theirs a thing and cooling to the anode exit above the prop. Depending on how deep it sits some would be present.

The darn things are so finikey when you have a problem one.

Recived a suggestion to to check for voltage on the Stator ring/reluctor and magnetic. Something about if it ever had the shorted injectors the block and crank would pick up a permanent magnetic charge and mess with things and cause low reading in sensors. It should be zero and not magnetized.

What should not be magnitized? The sensor that reads the flywheel? Because its definetly magnitized lol.

The ring with teeth under the flywheel still got called a Stator in the sm maybe not anymore ‘shrug’

the ring the sensor reads lox if it’s magnatized As well you get messy readings. If you have the blocky Stator maybe not much of one. But if you have the one with 100 teeth or more it’s more likely to throw it off.

It’s just a random issue one had. It got blamed on the electric bleed, but we think the last work done they magfluxed for cracks, and didn’t degauss when done.

Well this thing never seems to let me rest. Took the boat out yesterday, boats been sitting for 3 weeks hooked it up to the hose hit the primer bulb 3 times and she fired right up, idoling beautiful. I walked i. Side for a kin and came back and motor was off, fired it back up and it idoled therr for another 20 mins while i got the boat ready. Once i got in the water the motor would idol but would also die randomly. Or would idol smooth then idol rough n die. If i advance the throttle just a hair she is fine..... the weird thing is that now the motor turns 5500 wot, which yall know i couldnt achieve before...... WTF?!?!?
