Adding to my profile avatar how to

So I can figure out how to put a pic under my user mane when I post but a lot of you guys have a pic lower on your post page with a saying or boats you own and so on and I can't *ucking figure it out how to do that? pretty frustrating ?

The next option below "Avatar" is "Signature"; where you can put in the saying/image you want at the end of every post... and then there's also (thankfully) a setting that allows me to ignore all of those annoying things.
