need to dial setup in (think im a 1/4" off in height)
coned gear case would be faster too

Wow, this is one awesome boat! I checked out your resto thread too, fantastic job all round this is the kind of build I aspire towards eventually. I've been studying props a bit lately and it looks like that ET you have is not a straight cut along the back, it looks tipped slightly back again at the last 1" or so of the blade, am I correct on that? Only curious because I thought et props were straight cut on the back of the blade. Thanks

Indeed this seems to be the preferred choice of many, certainly no haters if not a favorite by all. texasvector thats what I wanted to hear, but I am curious if the blades rear edge is straight cut or curved back a little at the tip?

previously i was running a 28 drag 3..... clicked 100 with it a handful of times. .... the boat ran nose high......i hit 98 all day and had to bump it up twice to get the trips. ... one of those " should i or shouldn't i things" lmao

last run i swapped to a 30ET and boat flattened out

    see the difference
    Attachment 397081
    Attachment 397082

with the flattened pad this boat has difficult time lifting the ass.....the lip helps and also helps keep it from kiting (which it used to kite at 90 alot)

i still need some seat time with the ET and maybe 1 or 2 adjustments in height... (the boat hunts running about 60....i think the gear case is digging then letting go...especially if im overtrimmed=gearcase nose lower)
I'm still learning to drive mine, but it hadn't really occurred to me to trim up the faster I go.... Best I've done so far is about 87GPS (that's with a fishing boat 28 Trophy Plus), but that's definitely NOT trimming up.

How should I go about (very carefully) figuring out if I need some additional positive bumps?
