Wait till tax time as it draws closer winter gets colder(not here)things come up have the money in hand take a friend that knows boats take a compression guage and you will find something. I bought a baja 200 sunsport with a 2.4 200 on trailer for 3300. Got alot of use out of that boat and room for a family even had ski pole. Good luck on your search Happy New Year. Rick

I bought a boat 4 years ago for 4500 n a year ago sold it for 7 k. Didn’t put a dollar but gas n oil in it n trust me it looked cool. It was a small version of a bigger boat manufacture that has 40 yo boats running all over today was just a 60 mph version not 90 but started for me every single day without a problem never burned more than 10 gallons in a day no matter how far I went. Up to 35-40 miles all the time
11757 btw lol

My $3500.00 boat
Added $2000.00 for new interior, carpet, tank and what not
Then have the 1971 125 HP rude go out and hang a 2011 Merc 150 Opti, all new steering cables, controls and everything else and that cheap boat get really expensive fast.
But hey it is all worth the look on some peoples faces when ya tell them it is a 1971. That and it is fast too but it did turn into a $14,000boat really quick.

Most of the center console Donzi's in that price range have soft floors and transoms.... SeaCrafts are expensive, but I've seen a few good ones around 5K. As for sport boats, Baja's are cheap, but if the transom has been done and it has a good motor, it would be a good deal. Not too many 4K boats out there that won't need another 4k in work..............
Her'e a couple that need some work....
