Came off of a 2005 300x with 73 hours. One sticker starting to peel, otherwise excellent condition. The pan has a large hole for the fresh water flush and two smaller holes for a zip tie to hold the water hose in place inside the pan (see pics). I am not sure if the previous owner added these or if they were factory, but they are the only things that I would consider that might not be "as new".

I would like to sell this to someone face to face and avoid shipping. Located in Tampa
