Small setback Jackplate wanted, manual or hydraulic

Hi, im looking for ANY brand, newish, old or really old, working or not, small setback Jackplate..

Please tell me someone's got an old Jackplate sitting around either not working or needing work etc etc..

It's the plate to the right, I will have to separate them. It's a 4" plate. And the pic is upside down, ithas a lot of lift.
