ATLAS Hydraulic Jack Plates 300,350,400 actual differences?

I am interested in buying a new hydraulic jack plate, I need more information about what I would buy.
What's the difference with this Atlas more than expensive price?

    up to 300hp: https://www.ebay.com/itm/T-H-Marine-...-/182172525326

    up to 350hp: https://www.ebay.com/itm/T-H-Marine-...VXFucQ&vxp=mtr

    up to 400hp: https://www.ebay.com/itm/JACKPLATE-A...JZ56oQ&vxp=mtr

My engine is Yamaha 300hpdi (with nosecone) weight about 550lbs.

What would be the most sensible option?

    Hey Finman!

The difference in price between the first two links is just different sellers asking different prices. They are the same jack plate. The third link is the “Heavy Duty” Atlas- our top end hydraulic jack plate. The HD Atlas is suited for those who are looking for the highest top end performance. Any of these would be a great option for your Yamaha! If you have any more questions we’d be happy to answer them at info@thmarine.com or by calling our office (256)772-0164.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for the answer
My concern, and my question, is whether these jackplates have been in recent years in product development, especially with regard to the hydraulic unit?
I have read several older platforms hydraulic units with the problems but if these problems on this day in history?

As well as finding the customers' experiences regarding the jackplate rails, how quickly do they get loose?

At the moment I have an Bobs hydraulic jack plate with 6 "setback(separate pump), I want to change the jack plate to 4" and I'm struggling to buy Atlas HD or Bobs HD.

A cheaply built jack plate can twist and flex and thats nothing you want with 300 plus hp and 550 lbs of hanging weight. So choose wisely. There are some videos of jack plates flexing. Something you would never think was possible with 1/2" thick aluminum.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

I had the Atlas on my 21 Cat with a 300XS. I was very happy with it. Well built.
