    Your'e wrong... it's the fuel regulator diaphragm grommet that seals the rust ring encapsulator to the fuel pressure regulating spring shaft. without it, you will experience low fuel pressure resulting in a lean condition on cylinder two and a resulting failure of the anti-rotation pin for the piston ring on said cylinder causing the piston ring to catch the exhaust port and dragging a gouging into the piston and cylinder wall. A total rebuild will be necessary.... Just send it to Jay Smith, he will get you straightened away.........................
