Can't find anyone local to bore a 60hp cylinder

I have a 2002 Mercury 60hp that had the center piston melt down and I need to have the center cylinder bored in the block. I can't find anyone local that can do it. It's a 3 cyl block with a blind head.

Can anyone recommend a vendor here that I can ship the block to that can bore out the center cylinder and hone the others for me? I'll also need one oversize piston and a set of rings. The scoring doesn't look too bad and I think I can get away with a .015 over bore.

I'm just trying to get my beater pontoon boat back together.
