Can't find anyone local to bore a 60hp cylinder
I have a 2002 Mercury 60hp that had the center piston melt down and I need to have the center cylinder bored in the block. I can't find anyone local that can do it. It's a 3 cyl block with a blind head.
Can anyone recommend a vendor here that I can ship the block to that can bore out the center cylinder and hone the others for me? I'll also need one oversize piston and a set of rings. The scoring doesn't look too bad and I think I can get away with a .015 over bore.
I'm just trying to get my beater pontoon boat back together.'72 Glastron GT-150 Johnson Stinger 65

Yep , definitely Fuller Marine ... !
He has the correct drop down tool holder for his boring bar to deal with close proximity / blind hole boring .
Just the other day we were texting back and forth about the cost of stones to hone NIC , and before we were thru .... he taught me yet another unrelated machinist trick ..
Thanks Dad ...
