    Propeller own design

I decided in the winter to make my own propeller according to my own design. I will inform about the effects. I'm finishing the 3D project now.

I can do to any engine

I calculated the geometry and sent the model to the CNC

I will also do nose cone. Previously I scan the gear case. Having a scan will make the 3D model.

Pretty sweet looking for sure...has a progressive pitch that continues all the way out the blade tips and decreases even more radically at the tips. Also very high rake angle and lots of pitch to help the very slippery blade tips. I would describe it as a high rake, high pitch, aggressively progressively pitched 5 blade cleaver. Would probably fly on a very small cat that requires no bow lift at all and can spin a propshaft at some very high rpms? Don't think V-hulls would like it at all unless they were very, very light. I would think your slip percentage would be on the higher end? These are all guesses just by looking at it...but you would know better since I have yet to design my own propeller. I must say though...very impressive work on your part! I'm very jealous of your IQ...I know it's up there (140+?) to be able to dream and conceive that. People will hate you for being that intelligent...unfortunately. Not me though!
96 Bullet 20cc, Yamaha OX 250+, 10" jack, labbed 30" Bravo LH w/1.25" exhaust pipes, counter rotating Bob's lower...it goes faster when you spin it the other way...

02 Dodge Cummins 2500 reg cab 4x4, converted long to short bed, up a foot, twins, injectors, fully built auto, dyno'd 582hp/1015tq

    99 Dodge Viper GTS Coupe, 8.0L V-10, lowered 1", Corsa pipes/no cats, 450hp/500tq

Not a good pix ... and how would ya pix the complexitys of a prop? Blades look flat and too much blade area for a 5 blade. Just my opi.

Thank you for the discussions. The H1 that I built is a very light boat of 16 ft. Most of the weight in back. Therefore, lifting the front I do not have to force a propeller. I want to raise the rear of the boat. The bottom of the H1 is a progressive Vee in the range of 17 to 24 degrees. There is also a large tunnel. That's why I decided on this propeller project.

I changed to 3 blades. I changed the parameters of the blade. Now he is working on a gear case and nose cone.

You should work on a variable pitch prop that is controlled through the prop shaft like a prop shaft that holds two props. you can use one shaft for the prop and the other shaft for the pitch.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

    I do not understand.
Why change pitch at 6000 rpm?
Why expand the mechanism in this way?
I changed to 3 blades because the production is twice cheaper.
