Those are not labbed, they are stock (pro finish).

I called Mercury Marine today and asked them for information - gave them the part #'s and the serial #'s on the props. They told me they were labbed propellers. The finish is polished.
    Are they incorrect?

The last letter of five on the prop will be L for labbed or S for stock (pro finish). You can also tell by how thick they are, a labbed prop will be quite a bit thinner and very sharp. Labbed props are most often left un polished.

The A or L in the part number is what to look for.
Yours has the A for pro finish. Click image for larger version.

I looked at my Lightning ET that I purchased new from Mercury via BBlades and it says on the box "Lab Finished" and the 5th digit is a L. I don't think that would make it a labbed propeller would it?

The last letter of a Merc stamping is L or S, designating lab or stock.
