Warning Beeper on a Mariner 1996 175 hp EFI

I just rebuilt the motor replaced everything but the crank and rods, new oil pump gear everything. Motor started @ the turn of the key no fuel leeks water leaks nothing. When I turn the key on all 3 test warning Beeps work correctly but every 5 seconds There is 1 Beep 5 seconds 1 Beep. I have attached a video of the first time it was started after the rebuild you can hear the single Beep in the back ground. I have wen't through all the wiring again the oilier system and I just cant figure out why or what is causing it, does anyone have any idea what it might be. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5...1dLZU5pOEdiZEU
This is the first time I have tried to attach a video so let me no if you can't view it.

Yes i accidentally didn't tighten it dawn all the way and it pored oil all over everything. I loosen all the way when the cork fell it started beeping like it should, I will check the Module tonight i even think I have a extra one see if that fixes it if not try putting all new sills on the big oil tank and double check the main oil lines dont have a pin hole or something.

I've replaced several oil injection warning modules on these. If engine tank is full and everything else checks out, that may be your problem.

The float INSIDE the tank may have dropped the magnet or been sunk.

Is it possible water in fuel alarm? Sounds like that also? Screw in sensor on the bottom of the fuel filter...

I don't think I have even unscrewed the cap were the lines plug into the main tank, I just hate that Beep with a brand new motor its ok for now I am still running double oil in it. one thing i didn't mention was I have loosen the bleed screw several time on the oil pump its self and seams like I get air bubbles each time, shouldn't it clean out at one point.

Thought I had seen it all with that alarm system but that one is new. I can't think of any way a short/ failing component of the overheat or fill cap float could be related to a regular cadence that appears to exist. That is a constant cadence correct? Does the beep frequency increase when you increase RPM?

Also I never owned an engine with a water separator sensor so I'm not sure of the workings of that part.

Nope 1 beep every 5 seconds.
I did put a new fuel filter/water separator on it. The brand is Mercury I can check the wires but there is a light on the front I believe lights up.

So its actually 1 beep every 4 seconds. Strange thing is I found some mercruiser alarms that have this but it didn't really apply to outboards. That engine doesn't have a gear oil level sensor right? Trace the horn wiring back to the engine and start unplugging things to find the source of the that pulse. A multimeter or horn with two wire leads on the engine will be helpful. Make sure its coming from the engine and not something else tied into the horn if its traveling up to your helm. My guess is maybe its coming from the warning module or some kind of electronic box to be putting out that steady beep. Post back with findings or let me know if you need help.
