Boat mate miss quoted you on the trailer, dealer cost is $1,100.00 to galvanize and paint a trailer. I only wish dealers made what everyone thinks. There's usually only 10% profit max. You do the math. There's usually much more than just a little paper work also, like the ten phone calls from each customer trying to decide colors, changing options etc... Then having to call Allison to get everything changed.
I'm not complaining, just stating facts. Nothing's as quick and easy as everyone thinks, wish it was.

That looks like Lake Townsend's parking lot. That is a beautiful rig, love the Mariner on the back. If you ever see a black Bullet with a Merc and lightweight cowl, slow down and give me a look at that jewel.

Boatmate must have messed up because there were 2 salesman standing there and they both said about$300 extra to galvanize before paint.I did 100% of my sale with Nancy I didn't talk to the dealer until after I had picked up my boat to make sure my address and info was correct to send mso.my check was made and sent to Allison not a dealer.so in my sale the dealer did very little.under normal circumstances I'm sure there's more to it.I love a Allison but if there happy sweeping floors more power to them.I no there competition is slammed with a waiting list.

I would say someone messed up, dealer cost for galvanizing is $650.00, then if you want it painted it's another $450.00. They must be ripping their dealers off.

If you wrote a check straight to Allison Boats, which is very unlikely, then the dealer made zero on the transaction, the MSO's have to be signed off by a licensed dealer, Allison can not do it. Nancy may have gave him a little something for the paper work.

Allison actually stayed booked about three Months out all summer, mainly on the 21' Bass Boats. Not bad for a boat builder that doesn't know how to run a business in your opinion.

So I guess there's no difference between Allison's cost and a dealer's from boatmate? I will call the bank this morning and see if they still have my check on file for proof.iv never stated that Allison doesn't know what there doing.I just stated my opinion and facts about my transaction with them.I'm not having a pissing contest with u and I definitely don't have a reason to lie.

Yes sir! That’s lake Townsend! That’s where we ride most not a lot of traffic, 15min away good long straight away, need to get together some time and do some runs, we have 4 Allison that tide and a couple older kcrafts,

i really need to get this xr sold, I’m still making payments on it and need to get out from under that. Click image for larger version.

I could be the chase boat with all those Allisons. LOL I can't run but a little over 80, I had a bud that's on here too that has an 20' Allison with a 260. Maybe he might like to come play.
