Wanted 2004 70hp Johnson 4 stroke block
Well Guys I need your help Again,
I am looking for a 2004 Johnson 70hp 4 stroke block, Customer brought his in and has more water than oil going in the cylinders!!!
Let me know if anyone can help. he is a Military and just got deployed for 8 months so it's not a huge rush but if someone has something good I will take it.

It is a 60hp 4 stroke. I can get # off the tag if that will help. I don't know price will ck with owner. $700 should do.

if you can get the tag as for some reason in the parts system the 60 is giving me a different block the 70 & 90 are the same or am I reading this wrong!!!
You break them I fix it.

The older blocks are different that the new ones....the 60/70 were the same blocks from late 90's till they changed designs I believe...will try to check it out tomorrow. The Johnson 4 strokes were made by Suzuki so are the same with the exception of the electrical plugs on the harnesses.

The 60/70 blocks were the same from 98-03 then the part# changes for 04-09. The cyl heads also are the same from 98-03,04-06 and 07-09. In 2010 the 60 joined the 3 cyl 40/50/60 A series and the 70 changed to a 70/80/90 A series 4 cyl block.
