you cannot get at the nuts, its powerhead off job.
while at it put in solid mounts and forget about them and have nice tight motor.

This will be a good winter project, only a month or so left of boating season
If I have this whole thing apart definitely will add solid mounts & maybe reeds

If you have metal reeds replace them before they go threw your motor.
