Merc 150hp 4 stoke oil change spout size- what diameter hose to use? Boat at Aplacahcola - where I am glad to be heading this weekend- - want to do first oil change early at 49 hours- Merc put a drain spout on exterior of mid that your are suppose to push a hose up on to catch oil- what diameter? I got plenty of hose -just need ID. Any idea about little hose under oil filter catch pan?
No this stuff is not in owners manual-

1/2" I believe. The nipple on the catch can is the same.

I'll check the size of my hose today at work.

Edit. Checked my hose. It's 1/2" id
