POWER LIFT Two Piece Manual Jack Plate, 5 1/2" setback adjustment

My new to me boat came with a Power Lift Two Piece Manual Jack Plate, 5 1/2" setback. I have been unable to find any information on how to properly adjust it.

Does anybody have any suggestions and/or advice on how to make adjustments?

Is there a way to adjust it on my shorestation?

The model I have does not have the adjustment bolt.

Not unless you are really strong-set it at 1 1/2 above the pad and see if you still have good water pressure. I assume that you have a sport master.

I have a CLE. I need to lower it with the prop I'm running right now.

lowering it is easy. Just be quick to snug one back down so that you don't drop it further then you want.
