The end pipe, is it straight or in-out ratio like a tuner?

Looks like the pipe off of the Merten record run motor or the Screamin Yellow Zonkers rig.

Either way, it should be coupled with a 6 carb front.

    Question Y-Tube Exhaust

Sam, I've seen a picture showing several tunnel hulls side by side in the pits, each with this type of exhaust header. I
was sent photos of this motor some time ago....but didn't follow up on it, as I had not seen this before and thought it was a "one-off". I'm a bit surprised there hasn't been any discussion about this exhaust system. The motor cover just
    says Twister. .....Roger

if you look close you can see that it has a smooth outer exhaust cover, not a ribbed one that the 1400 and 1500 came with. this leads me to believe this is nothing bigger than a 1250 or 1350 . Never saw a smooth exhaust cover plate to fit a 1400 or 1500 larger exhaust cavity .

    just my 2 cents.

Its parts that someone put together. They found either a powerhead with the pipes or just the pipes. I think John Sherlock or someone bought a set of these pipes sometime during the past few years ... could have been this set. Its in a thread here somewhere.

Its completely factory custom ... not added to a side water jacket cover.

I found this picture of two boats at the 1971 Parker event on Page 220 of the "Singles Thread" It said ZonkerCraft C6 Parker 1971.

Would like to know more about this exhaust system - anyone???
