    Marc 2.5 175 no fire on #1

I have No spark on number one. I have switched feed wires from number one and number three and I had spark. This eliminated it being a bad coil or coil ground. I also ran a new wire for Number 1, still didn't work. I tried the new wire on number 3 and got spark, so I know that wire was good. I have spark on all cylinders EXCEPT number 1. Please help. There might be something small I'm missing. Just trying to find out before I start replacing switch boxes. Trigger, coils, coil feed wires, coil grounds are all good.. Thanks in advance

I would suspect power pack. Have you moved pack lead from #1 to a different coil?

Yes, we had moved it. Since posting this thread, we tried more things in regards to trouble shooting. We are positive that it is the switch box and 2 new ones that will be here Monday. I appreciate the input. Thank you

    Good call replacing both
I am final stages of rebuild on a '99 175 - I have run several 200 hps on the boat - I had a 175 hp that was stronger than any of the 200 hp.
Let us know if that fixes it.
