Prop help on 361v with 175 Johnson

Looking for advice on a prop. I have a 25p 4 blade renegade now. It turns too many rpms for me to run wide open... I had a 27p renegade before and it wouldn't get on plane very good and was hard to power load. Lookin for advice on what to do. Should I go 3 blade?? Have this 25p worked? I'm lookin for some speed and lower rpms... any way that can happen???? Please help

They make 2 diffrent Renagade props. The Renagade Offshore has a full 4.3/4" hub that all the exhaust out the hub. The other renagade lets exhaust over the blades and they slip a LOT
